Ok. For all of the first-time grandparents to be out there we set up a couple of gift registries today to help make things easy. We registered at Babies R Us and Target. Jeremiah had a good time with the scanner gun. I pretty much picked things up or pointed at things for him to scan. I told him he could come work for me because my employees use those kinds of scanners every day to complete their jobs. He said he'd pass.
We didn't register for a whole lot of big stuff since we're getting almost all of the hardlines stuff we need from my sister, Jenn, but we did register for a new bassinet, a jogging stroller (to inspire Jeremiah to get out and run), and a really cool high chair seat that attaches to your kitchen chairs. We've got a high chair or two from Jenn, but they are so big they practically take up the whole dining room! We also registered for a couple of baby gates...the one at Babies R Us has a foot pedal so you don't have to bend over with Brady in your hands and the one at Target has a wall mounted remote control! Luckily we don't have to worry about blocking off any stairs since access to our basement is through the garage, but we do want to put up a gate to keep the dogs and cats out of Brady's room.
You can access the registries online at each store's web sites.

Just letting you know I went to go look at your registry on Target and couldn't pull it up under your name. I had to pull it up under Jeremiah's name. Looks like the spelled Heather wrong. You might want to check that so people can find it.
